OH MY GOD I FINALLY GOT TO DELETE TOM JONES /THROWS IT ON THE GROUND AND LIGHTS IT ON FIRE--

er I mean. Hello. :<a So I'm going to fulfill my post dares now that I have them all in one go, and then continue with my actual post!

For haleysings, my three favorite pairs of socks UHHHH okay the first. I have this really adorable pair of grey ladybug socks, they're just ankle socks with little plush ladybugs sewn on the back of the ankle. X3 With a ladybug pattern and red toes/heels and they say "don't bug me!" around the patterns. I actually have a lot of socks like that-- I have a halloween pair with pumpkin plushies on the back, and an easter pair with bunny heads, and a superman pair with blue pom-poms. I like cute socks okay. :( My second favorite pair are creamy pale orange-striped socks that are suuuuuper super soft and thick, I got them on sale at Target when I worked there, lol. I need to get more one day. =w= My third favorite pair are these pale blue ones with a light green top and toe, and they have an argyle pattern down the sides with THE DISNEY CHIPMUNKS ON THEM. :> Shut up stop judging my socks.

For acuteness... Let's just say you drank too much strawberry milk, and you have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. But it's cold outside your bed. You don't want to get up... however, the urge to take a piss is just too strong! You make up your mind to go! You run to the bathroom, aim into the toilet, and let loose! You think, your entire life has led to this moment! ...But then you realize! This isn't the bathroom; you're still in bed! The feeling of lukewarm wetness spreads like wildfire! But you don't stop-- YOU CAN'T STOP! THAT'S WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT! THAT'S THE TRUTH OF STRAWBERRY MILK! DO YOU GET IT!?!?!

...Yes, I certainly hope you got it, because I probably don't remember that right at all. :( A belated Happy Halloween, and the trick or treat meme was a lot of fun. ♥ Thanks to everyone!

And the important part of this post! I just did like the first friends cut ever, and removed... 40 journals and 65 communities. SHIT FEELS GOOD BRO. But if you're seeing this post and... none of my others anymore, then yes. I didn't cut anyone of out spite, but there's an awful lot of people on my friends list and I... honestly cannot keep up, at all. I haven't really had the energy to keep up with everyone the past year or so, but I want to change that. So to the people that I removed, if you feel that you still want to be friends, let me know and I'll re-add you, but I mostly removed old/inactive friends that never use LJ anymore, people I didn't actually... know, and people that I've never really spoken to or who never really made the effort to connect either. SO YES THAT.

Also I've been ridiculously productive today and... got a lot of little things accomplished; the most important being: getting heartnokuni off the ground and Kiheitai back on track! Yaaaay! \o/ I believe that deserves headpats. :<

So it's getting to that time of the year where Christmas is right around the corner and GASP we're moving! So I'd very much like to do my part, both for myself and for my Flist. It's time for~

COMMISSIONS!!

INFORMATION;

My work covers whatever you want, pretty much. If I can do it, you can have it. Personal journal layouts? Sure. RP journal layouts? Why not~ Profile organization/coding for your personal journal or a community? It'd be my pleasure. Christmas is right around the corner-- have a friend with an old layout? I'll certainly work with you to give them a nice gift. Icon sets? Totally~!

As far as the layouts are concerned, I work with the S2 style-- usually Flexible Squares-- with PREMADE CODING. This means basic layouts from minty_peach, refuted, etc., and then I tweak them-- adding headers, changing small parts, changing the color schemes, and so on.

I usually work with anime/manga images, but I've also used regular images and have no problem manipulating them. ♥

YOU ARE PAYING FOR THE GRAPHICS WORK, NOT THE CODING! I cannot stress this enough-- I have no plans of making any sort of profit off other people's work. When the layout's finished, proper credits will be e-mailed along with the finished work!

Same goes for profiles, too. I can do a few different styles, and work with anything you have in mind-- examples are linked in the next section.

Icons are completely from scratch, and all I'll need from you are screencaps and/or manga pages. I can do all the cleanup, whether the image is super grainy, the manga's LQ, whatever. Examples also below!

EXAMPLES;

So the cool thing is? All you really need to do is bring my images, tell me what you want, and what colors you'd prefer to see/hate so I can stay away from, and tell me if you have anything in mind. I'll tweak until you like the end result, even if it means totally scrapping what I had and starting over.

PRICING;

This part'll be on the cheap side, since all you're really paying for is time and the graphics-- I'm going off of projection's commissions post, which she went over with a professional graphics designer to find fair prices. ♥

LJ LAYOUTS; $12~$18, depending on level of difficulty of image/estimated time put in
PROFILE LAYOUTS; $5
LJ LAYOUT & MATCHING PROFILE; $20
ICON SETS; (Icon sets can be as many as you want-- two or three, forty, a hundred (but please don't ask for more than forty manga icons, I'd cry). Prices will follow this pattern.)

10 Icons: $3
20 Icons: $6
30 Icons: $12

REQUIREMENTS;

Obviously, to even begin, you'll need to give me images to work with-- unless we're talking about 50% of the profile codes, then maybe not, hahaha. ):

I can work with pretty much any size, thanks to my handy-dandy tablet and amateur vectoring skillz, but I'd like to ask for at LEAST a 640x480 image (basic size of any screencap). Magazine scans, manga scans, etc are no problem-- I've been a manga editor for a long time and can clean up whatever, comes with the job.

A basic color scheme idea would be AWESOME. For example: "I'd like it to be dark blue, but I hate yellow." or "pastels are my BFFL, plzkthx. Nothing dark."

Words/lyrics, if you have any, would be nice to know, because I'm afraid I can't skim thoughts off someone's mind. ):
